At WATA Factory, we don’t believe that work should dictate your life. We believe that time belongs to people, not to clocks. That’s why we offer flexible hours between 08:00 and 20:00, giving you the freedom to decide when to focus, which day of the week to come to the office, and when to take a moment for yourself. Because we know that your energy and creativity don’t appear at fixed times — and that everyone has their own rhythm.
But freedom doesn’t mean improvisation. Every week, the entire team plans a shared calendar one week in advance. This calendar marks meetings and the times when someone needs to leave early or adjust their workday. Once agreed upon, it becomes our guide: we know who is available, when, and how to coordinate projects without friction.
Within this calendar there’s a key element: two mandatory joint hours. These are time slots when everyone connects to coordinate tasks, make decisions, and push collaborative projects forward. Far from limiting autonomy, these hours ensure that the team works like clockwork: synchronised when needed, and free the rest of the time.
Flexibility without losing direction
At WATA Factory, flexibility isn’t just a concept — it’s something we live every day. It means you can take your kids to school, attend a doctor’s appointment, spend time on a hobby, or simply pause to breathe, without disrupting your work or that of your colleagues. Everyone finds their own ideal rhythm: some concentrate best in the morning, others in the afternoon; some need long blocks of focus, while others prefer shorter sessions with strategic breaks.
Thanks to the shared calendar and joint hours, all these rhythms align seamlessly. Planning doesn’t restrict freedom — it enhances it. It allows each team member to manage their time, care for their well-being, and bring their best to every project. And when autonomy and coordination come together, motivation and creativity grow naturally.
What makes our model work is not only planning, but also mutual trust. Each person knows that their colleagues will respect the schedule, that the joint hours will be used to advance as a team, and that projects will move forward smoothly. This mix of freedom and structure makes the team responsible, motivated, and capable of continuous innovation.
WATA Culture: professional, approachable, and human
Being part of WATA Factory means joining an environment where your time is yours, your talent is recognised, and your autonomy is celebrated — without losing sight of the fact that we move forward together. Every week is a small act of planning: you decide, you organise, and then you work at your own pace, knowing your projects are moving and your personal life doesn’t have to pause.
Here, freedom and coordination naturally come together. When everyone takes ownership of their day and the team flows in sync, creativity soars, ideas multiply, and work stops being an obligation — becoming instead a shared achievement.
