We are hiring: Scrum Master

In 2018, WATA Factory set itself the goal of becoming a reference software consultancy by adding various programming languages to its technology offering.

Scrum is the foundation of our development model and we are looking for a Scrum Master to ensure best practices and a way of working in line with the Agile Manifesto for our products.

YOUR TASKS

Organising and leading regular Scrum meetings as well as other meetings required for the success of the product.
Promoting and communicating the Agile values among colleagues.
Writing user stories and maintaining the backlog.
Participation in agile teams.

YOUR PROFILE

University degree in Computer Engineering or proven equivalent education.
Experience in project- and/or product management (+4 years).
Programming skills (programming languages and frameworks)
Knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
Confident, methodical and strong communication skills.
Enthusiasm for current trends.
Good spoken and written English and German (level B2 or higher).
