Since 2015, WATA Factory has been helping companies build, improve and evolve digital products through collaborative engineering and AI-powered ways of working.

To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Project Lead with a technical background to manage communication with some of our customers in Germany. Native-level German and a good command of English (B2) are required.

As a Project Lead, you will gather requirements, coordinate software projects, define product roadmaps, and work closely with customers and multidisciplinary teams. Using AI-powered tools to streamline planning, communication and delivery, you will help turn ideas into high-quality digital solutions.

YOUR TASKS

Communication with customers
Conception and development of innovative solutions
Optimization of existing projects, as well as the conception and development of completely new projects
Collaboration in agile teams
Project management

YOUR PROFILE

Completed IT degree or equivalent, verifiable training
Competence and practical experience in managing technical projects (software development)
Ability to carry out the roles of Project Manager, Product Owner and Stakeholder
Self-confident appearance, high methodical competence and communication skills
Excellent knowledge of German (native speaker/C2) and very good written and spoken English (level B2 or higher)
Enthusiasm for current trends
Structuring, planning and organizing skills
Talent to shape ideas and involve different types of profiles in processes
Competences for working within the Scrum framework
Ability to perform requirements assessments of complex projects
Experience working with project management and planning tools (Asana, Confluence, Jira, Merlin, Microsoft Project, Trello, etc.)
