Everything is set for one of the most anticipated events at WATA Factory. As with every All Hands, it will be a great opportunity to benefit from the technical expertise of our colleagues. The presentations will cover a wide range of topics—from infrastructure to advanced programming.
The day begins at 9:00 a.m. with a Moroccan breakfast, and Carmelo B. will kick off the round of presentations. In his first talk, he will explain how we manage customer service at KAUFFELD LORENZO and clearly outline the strategies we use to maintain good relationships with our partners. Following that, Carmelo will give a second talk on the network infrastructure of our office, explaining in detail how it is organized and the challenges involved in keeping it up-to-date and running smoothly.
After a short coffee break, German, our CEO, will lead an office meeting to discuss important topics related to the near future of WATA Factory projects as well as new employee benefits. This will be followed by a lunch break, and after we’ve recharged, we’ll move on to departmental meetings, where each team can focus on the specific topics most relevant to them. We’ll end the day with a casual snack in the office – a perfect opportunity to unwind after the discussions and meetings.
Friday will start with a traditional Andalusian breakfast, followed by the presentation “Rust for Everyone” by Eliezer L., our Head of Operations and Strategy, and recent author of the book Course in Programming with Rust. Rust is designed to avoid memory management errors and offers impressive reliability, making it an important tool for projects where efficiency is crucial.
After a short break, Juan Miguel G. will take over with his presentation “Angular vs. Vue,” in which he will help us compare two of the most popular frameworks in web development. Juan Miguel will talk about how choosing the right framework can be crucial to the success of a project. He will outline the key differences, approaches, and use cases of Angular and Vue, helping us make informed decisions in future developments.
To conclude the event, we will enjoy a German lunch “Mahlzeit” in a relaxed atmosphere, perfect for exchanging impressions before saying goodbye until the next All Hands event.
