On the 12th and 13th of December, we will meet again at WATA Factory to celebrate one of the best events of the year: our Christmas All Hands Event. We use this magical time of year to take stock of 2024 and, above all, to share as a team all that we have built together and see what the future holds for us.
Thursday begins with a Christmas breakfast, because there’s nothing better than starting the day with the traditional ‘roscón de reyes’. This is followed by discussions about projects and potential business areas, a framework in which we can look at some of this year’s most outstanding work.
After an educational morning, it’s time to relax and enjoy Christmas dinner, followed by one of the most authentic traditions of the season: a zambomba. The sounds of Christmas carols and the spirit of this performance, recognised as a cultural heritage, will connect us with the best of Christmas while we spend some quality time outside the office.
Friday continues with an Andalusian breakfast with churros. Afterwards, we will all come together to reflect on what we have experienced in 2024, recognise the efforts and commitment of each team and look to the future with optimism. 2025 will be a year full of challenges, but above all full of opportunities, and this meeting will help us to set clear goals.
At the end, there is the traditional Secret Santa, where we not only exchange gifts, but also experience Christmas surprises that put the finishing touches to the two days.
This Christmas All Hands will be much more than an internal event: it is an opportunity to strengthen ourselves as a team, celebrate all that we have achieved together and look to the future with lots and lots of enthusiasm. Christmas at WATA Factory is here! 🎄✨
