Ibérica Labs returns to WATA Factory: a full day dedicated to researching, learning, and sharing as a team, through small hands-on projects. We’re not talking about theoretical training or long talks – it’s about digging into ideas, experimenting with new technologies or approaches… and doing it together.
Ibérica Labs is our way of creating space within the daily rhythm for continuous improvement. Because at WATA Factory, we believe learning isn’t a bonus – it’s part of the job. That’s why we design these sessions to focus on exploring new tools, resolving technical questions, refining our skills and, above all, continuing to grow as professionals.
This is how the day will go
The day is designed to combine focus and enjoyment, always placing emphasis on shared moments. Here’s how the day unfolds:
- Andalusian breakfast: We start off full of energy and flavour. Toast with olive oil, tomato, ham – and that coffee that gets us going. A moment to land together before taking off.
- First Lab session: Let’s get to it. Everyone dives into their chosen challenge, researching and experimenting with their selected topic.
- Coffee break: We take a break – not just for coffee, but to share progress, ideas, or just have a chat.
- Second Lab session: We keep going, digging deeper, answeringquestions, testing solutions and learning in a hands-on way.
- Team lunch: A time to enjoy food and each other’s company.
- Presentation of results: Time to share what we’ve been working on. A way to consolidate new knowledge and also learn from others.
- Snacks & goodbye: We wrap up with something sweet, a coffee, and a final moment to say goodbye on a good note.
